Anti-Bullying and Harassment Training


Description
This module has been designed to educate those working at the Bar on the importance of creating a safe and respectful work environment, free from any form of bullying or harassment. By completing this training, you will gain a deeper understanding of what constitutes bullying and harassment, and learn how to identify, prevent, and respond to these behaviours. Together, we can create a culture of inclusivity and respect within the legal profession.

This training is for those who want to:

1) Recognise bullying or harassing behaviour amongst peers at the Bar  
2) Understand the effects of bullying or harassing behaviour on individuals and work culture  
3) Understand the relevant Code of Practice, regulatory and legal implications of bad behaviour  
4) Know where to seek support, guidance, and reporting structures as a victim  
5) Know the appropriate action to take as a witness  
6) Understand the importance of fostering a positive work culture to enhance the working life of everybody in chambers
